Sweed Court Project

The Sweed Court Project is shown here in an all angle model pictorial for the clients consideration. The three storey residence contains a simple floor plan with the outside deck situated on the roof. The deck is accessed by an external staircase built on top of the enclosed internal stairwell. The minimal extenal facade allowed for extra detailed expense on the internal fitout.

This two storey townhouse was designed with a feature window wall on its right side which was exposed to a oneway lane. The street front contains shades for protection of the foyer and upstair guess accomodation

Design to capture the tranquil setting and allow for maxium unhindered viewing, this simple but robust design has an air of elegance captured in its curved roof lines.
