Bungalow site upgrade

The design proposal for the Bungalow site upgrade included the owners wish for improved ventilation ,lighting (natural) and floor plan utilization. The building two internal mezzanine floors which had to be incorporated in the upgrade. One floor was located in the middle of the building resulting in two independant working zones.

Artward residental community

This two bedroom bungalow has a central living area with a bedroom in each tower.

Sweed Court Project

The Sweed Court Project is shown here in an all angle model pictorial for the clients consideration. The three storey residence contains a simple floor plan with the outside deck situated on the roof. The deck is accessed by an external staircase built on top of the enclosed internal stairwell. The minimal extenal facade allowed for extra detailed expense on the internal fitout.
